ISOQUALITY is pleased to announce that a So-Cal engineering company has elected to use NetInspect(TM) with Discus automated First Article Inspection Reports. Thes will allow the corporation to seamlessly produce automated AS9102 FAIR’s from drawings by use of Discus’ “balloon” software (where an operator can select dimensions, tolerances etc from digital drawings) and transpose it to a computer generated pdf AS9102 FAIR. This information can also be collected by the CAD programer for machine and CMM set-up. Utilizing the NetInspect(TM) suite inspection data can be automatically collated and where necessary NCR’s and Preventative Action Reports generated and tracked for resolution all in real-time over a secure SAS70 type II internet connection keeping customers and suppliers informed of progress from the prototype through the production run to delivery.
