CISLite on-line ordering now available
We have added a new on-line order form for our Continuous Improvement Software SaaS Solution, CISLite to our site. Click HERE
You can select any additional modules you require to add to the basic module by simply selecting the appropriate box. Pricing for the licence fee and the monthly maintenance fee (payable in arrears) is shown for each module. Currently CISLite is available in USD only.
You will be asked to email a formal Purchase Order. Ordering on-line can provide us with a “jump-start” in having your system activated whilst you complete your in-house process for PO generation. When ordering on-line we will not ask for a credit card as we generate electronic invoices which become due within 7 days. We issue a second electronic invoice for the on-going maintenance fees at a later date.

Solutions through use of CIS
We have introduced links on our CIS User Support Site www.tqicorporation.com solutions for common quality related issues and how they can be ”solved” through use of CIS Continuous Improvement Software.
You must be an ISOQUALITY client using CIS for access to this support site and these solution videos. If you are a user that does not have access to this site; visit www.tqicorporation.com create your profile, then ask your CIS administrator to request access by email to solutions@isoquality.biz. Once we receive this request we will authorize access to the site.
Remote On-Line Support for CIS Users
We are planning on-line support for 2010; you will be required to download and install Microsoft SharedView Remote Access (46) (if you do not already use it) and use a windows live account (if you don’t have one there is a link on the start screen it only takes a few minutes. We will then provide a userid an we will then be able to take control of your computer desktop, with your permission, for the duration of the session only for demonstration and assistance purposes.
