ISOQUALITY – TQI Inc. has developed a UNIQUE solution with it’s Continuous Improvement Software (CIS), enabling companies with remote technicians to auto receive work requests from customers and to respond directly with the customer in real-time.
This is a cost efficient secure on-line (SAS70 Type II) “quality managed” solution enabling the customer/end user to enter warranty/work repair requests on-line using pre-defined formats to suit their individual products/equipment, uploading trace files, pictures etc. as necessary: an email version is automatically sent to the relevant technician/repair engineer so that they can contact the customer to arrange the repair service; an email can also be auto sent to the Service Manager for infomation purposes or for techinician assignment. A copy of the repair request is held within the CIS system until it is CLOSED. The rest of the system enables logging of customer supplied product returned for repair/replacement, parts and labor used as well as tracking costs, open orders/requests, non-conforming products, customer contact etc.
CIS can be accessed and data uploaded via smartphones!!!
