Team Quality International Inc., has an agreement to market a sophisticated Personnel, Machine and Facility Capacity Planning software which would be installed on a computer/server at your facility (so data is secured by you for ITAR concerns) and can be accessed over your intranet for report purposes. It is designed as a stand alone system but can be integrated into your ERP system*. Below are just some of it’s features.
Production Scheduling: single-constraint finite scheduling (machines only) to multi-constraint (machines, labor, tools, assembly links, materials, labor-skill groups, floor space.
Assembly: Bill-of-Material product structure is an invaluable tool which shows how parts assemble to make a final finished product, assures that make items are never scheduled until all supporting buy and make items are available.
Capacity Planning: Interactive Schedule Board displays machines and resources; drag and drop moves all labor and tooling resources when you move a given operation on a machine.
