After years of working as Director of Quality and Service near  San Diego, California, for a hi-tech, innovative and leading edge manufacturer of hybrid-electric serial propulsion systems using fuels like diesel and gasoline to CNG (compressed natural gas), even hydrogen or ethanol to run conventional engines or by utilizing Fuel Cells to produce the electric motive power for ELFA® electric motors together with battery technology (eg lithium, NiCad, NiMH) or ultracapacitors to store excess or regenerated energy,  Dr. Vaissiere has returned to his primary consulting role started back in the late 80′s when his original consultancy was contracted by the UK government Department of Trade and Industry to help British businesses enhance their quality by adopting BS5750, the forerunner of ISO9001, AS9100, TS16949…

His vast experience in manufacturing quality systems developed within general manufacturing, aerospace, defense and automotive and others as well as his IRCA qualification in 1995 as a Lead Auditor of Quality Management Systems, has benefited many organizations within the US and Europe, from one man companies to multi-nationals with billion dollar turnover. In fact he and his practice has a 100% success rate for registrations at the first attempt, some with zero non-conformities and has worked with many registrars such as NQA USA, Lloyds Register and BSI. He has both working knowledge and qualifications of other standards such as ISO14001 and ISO18001.

He is proud to be a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) which promotes both quality and professionalism amongst his peers and colleagues who work within all sectors of quality here in the US and across the globe.

Team Quality International Inc. was originally formed in 1991 by Gary, evolving from a partnership; DVEG Consultants, which was created in 1986. It’s name was apt.

Gary was/is passionate about Formula One racing – the pinacle of excellence in motor sport. Running an F1 car is a team effort, quality is paramount, life usage on every component is rigorously recorded and it is discarded when it’s mean time between failure (MTBF) is reached. Each year new designs, concepts and practices are developed (Continuous Improvement) to “get an edge” on the competition – SECOND PLACE DOESN’T COUNT, and so our unique racing car logo, complete with the WINNING checkered flag was created.
