Our new Job Management System may be fully integrated with CIS Continuous Improvement Software and provides complete solutions for Master Process control and revisions, Job Release using bar coded Process Sheets and total Inventory Control and management.

The Job management System is linked to CIS Features such as incoming receiving inspection, Nonconformity and corrective action reporting and all of the current approved procedures and forms. This new add-on includes the following additional modules that will be accessible in the same cross-platform manner as existing modules in CIS. Customers and suppliers may be given selected access to one or more of these new modules to enhance the flow of information between the organization and their customer. Additionally, these new features will support bar coding features to track and enter job status in the production.

Additional Modules:

Parts Inventory Management Module (PIM);

Product Master Profile and Master Process Steps Module that will be named “Master Process Module (MPM);

Job Order Release, Scheduling, Job Management and Status Module that will be named “Job Management Module (JMM).

When having the Job Management System installed onto your CIS Continuous Improvement Software, the following modules will be enhanced to support the new modules:

Receiving Inspection will be enhanced to support multiple parts received with lot numbers per part type. Included will be the option to add these instantly to inventory, since not all items received may be required to be added to inventory. Administration will have a new criteria for establishing man-hour rate.

Reports and Graphs will be enhanced to include new reports as follows:

Inventory Reporting; Job Status Reporting; Late Job Reporting;

Costing and cost over-run reports that will report all jobs where the processing cost (material + Man hours) exceeded the cost set-up in the MPM.

Performance pie chart graph showing percent jobs shipped in accordance with the due date versus jobs shipped past the due date.

The intention of these new modules is to fully integrate manufacturing/processing/servicing requirements and complete management with existing CIS features and to support the organizational needs for proper planning, job set-up, tracking lot and batch numbers and to ensure conformance to planned processes.
