In the US, there are multiple State Funding Programs to aid business’. Each State operates it’s programs differently, eg in Arizona, you may get a grant for the procurement of our Continuous Improvement Software, in others just for training on it’s use!

Here, the state of California has set aside $56 million to reward companies that invest in training their workforce. The only qualification to secure the funds is that your business must have a presence in the state of California and that you train your employees that are California residents. The state will primarily reimburse companies involved in some level of manufacturing. Manufacturing and high tech are the state’s two primary industries that are rewarded these funds. Typically, the cash/grant reward from the state ranges from $76,000.00 up to $4 million depending on how much training your company conducts. Most businesses are not aware they qualify. For those that are aware of the program, they are tentative to participate due to the paperwork and administration. For this reason, our company has teamed with Incentives Advisors.
